Step 2. One of our associates will contact you via the preferred method you have chosen or by the secondary options you've chosen. Our representative will set up a time that is most convenient for you to allow us to export your portfolio and to discuss your needs so we will be able to provide a better service to you and find the right lenders for your needs. (Takes less than 5 minutes)
Step 3. Then we'll submit your customer data file to the each of our lenders based on each lenders requirements. (For example: some lenders only purchase contracts with 21 months or less remaining term while others may go up to 60 months).
Step 4. Once lenders have received your customer data files they review your portfolio and base their offers on the following risks: customers credit history, job & residence stability, debt to income, payment amount, apr, loan to value, remaining term, and actual cash value of the collateral and return on investment. (Using our remote submit option our lenders are able to return an offer with 24 to 72 hours.)
Step 5. We should receive offers back to present to you within 24 to 72 hours. We will contact you and review all of the options available to you in selling your portfolio.
Step 6. After you decide which offer best suits the needs of your dealership our associates will then serve as a liaison between your dealership and the buying lender. At your request we'll assist you through every step of the way.
Step 7. At this point you will in most cases sign a letter of intent and then be notified on what copies of miscellaneous documents you will need to submit to begin the verification process (this will vary by lender).
Step 8. After due diligence and verifications have been completed on all deals that were verifiable and meet the lenders guidelines all titles and loan paperwork will be reassigned to the lender and then the lender will fund the dealership directly.
