the each of our lenders based on each lenders requirements to
receive offers from multiple lenders.
Q. What if I can't export my files from my DMS software?
A. The loan upload process is easy, we require that the loan level
details be delivered in excel format. If you're unable to export your
files we will provide you with our required excel template to use or
call us and our transaction team will help you get your portfolio listed.
Q. What kind of loans can I sell?
A. Our buyers are interested in a variety of portfolio sizes, credit
quality and performance. Our goal is to find buyers that want your
loans. We have buyers for Prime, Non-prime, Sub-prime and Deep
sub-prime. We also have buyers that buy Performing,
non-performing, distressed, charged-off and BK-13 loans.
Q. What if I decide not to sell my bulk?
A. There is no obligation to sell your bulk to any of the lenders that
provide an offer.
Q. How much is this going to cost me?
A. Our service is FREE to you. If you chose to sell your bulk to one of
the lenders through SellYourBulk.com that lender will pay us directly.
Q. Why should I use your service instead of submitting my bulk to
the lenders myself?
